<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">新疆兵团着力构建清洁供暖体系“以前的冬天都是烧煤取暖，劈柴、加煤麻烦不说，家里烟尘还大现在使用电采暖后，只需要操作按钮，屋子不一会儿就暖和起来了，家里也干净了”新疆生产建设兵团第七师一三七团三连职工马正飞说，去年在政府补贴支持下，他家里安装了电采暖设备，告别了以往烟熏火燎的取暖方式。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">以燃煤为主的传统采暖方式，不仅消耗大量能源，而且会对环境造成严重污染如何既让千家万户温暖过冬，又让蓝天常在？近年来，兵团积极探索清洁供暖方式，着力构建绿色、节约、高效、安全的清洁供暖体系，让冬季供暖朝着更清洁、更节能的方向转变，为职工群众带来了更多幸福感。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">截至目前，兵团今年已累计实施热源清洁化改造59万平方米，既有建筑节能改造21万平方米，分散式煤改电200户，供热管道改造61公里，完成投资4.02亿元连日来，在十三师新星市2024年市政配套供热管网建设项目现场，工人正进行供热管道安装。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“目前已完成50%的工程量，预计9月底全部建设完成”十三师新星市2024市政配套供热管网建设项目现场负责人纪宏玺介绍为确保工程质量和进度，十三师新星市专门成立清洁取暖工作推进领导小组，广泛宣传清洁取暖惠民政策，科学制定实施方案，今年计划完成28个清洁取暖项目，目前已开工27个，完成投资3800余万元。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在七师胡杨河市，一二五团燃煤锅炉“煤改电”、一三一团屯富园小区供暖管线改造等清洁取暖项目正有序推进近两年，七师胡杨河市投资10.19亿元，推进区域集中供暖、分散式“煤改电”、超低能耗建筑等冬季清洁取暖项目建设。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">自2020年以来，八师石河子市将“煤改电”工程作为秋冬大气污染防治攻坚行动和清洁能源替代的有力抓手，着力推进“煤改电”工程，目前已惠及8000余户居民据统计，近3年兵团已累计完成热源清洁化改造1380万平方米、分散式“煤改电”9296户、既有建筑节能改造111万平方米、供热管网改造339公里，完成投资25.61亿元。</p>
