<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">本消防工程使用各种型号的水泵共24台。B3F水泵采用2t叉车通过汽车坡道运入的方式。地上各层水泵垂直采用外用电梯运入设备各楼层，水平采用手动液压叉车运输或人力搬运，搬运过程中需要注意保护设备。</p>
<h1 style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">水泵基础</h1>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">设备全部选定型后，进行设备基础的设计和施工，其施工工艺流程如下：</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">验收基础时，按厂家资料及设计图纸要求复核基础尺寸及螺栓孔或预埋螺栓尺寸。将基础表面清扫干净，地脚螺栓孔打毛，水冲洗并清理干净。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">水泵和电动机应共同装置在一座具有不少于95%隔震效果的浮式惯性台座上，再用弹簧型隔振器和防震垫片承托于混凝土基座上<span style="color: green;">。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">消防泵和喷淋泵均选用静态震动幅度40mm的弹簧隔震器。并且在水泵的出水一侧安装隔振连接器，避免振动波及到管道。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">A. 水泵就位与初平：水泵运输到指定位置后，进行设备吊运安装，准确就位于已经做好的设备惯性台座上，然后穿上地脚螺栓并带螺帽（外露工丝），底座底下放置垫铁，以水平尺初步找平，地脚螺栓内灌混凝土。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">B. 精平与抹平：待混凝土凝固期满进行精平并拧紧地脚螺栓帽，每组垫铁以点焊固定，基础表面打毛，水冲洗后以水泥砂浆抹平。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">C. 在水泵附近的管道上安装支架，使泵壳上不承受任何附着重量。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">D. 水泵每台泵的进出水口两端应设有排气阀，排水口和压力表接头。进出水口应配有法兰供管道连接。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">E. 水泵在安装时，应注意各水泵的轴线位置，同一排的水泵，应使每一台水泵的中心轴线相互平行，并且应使水泵的出水口或进水口的中心轴线在一条直线上。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">F. 所有水泵用漏斗盛接由密封垫所渗漏的水，并用管道排放到最近排水点。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">G. 水泵与管道之间也必须作减震处理，在水泵进出水口处加可曲挠橡胶减震接头，把水泵的振动尽可能少的传至管路上，从而增加管路及阀门使用寿命，减少事故发生。</p>
<h1 style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">水泵单机试运转</h1>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">A. 启动前：应打开风罩用手先盘车，是否灵活;打开进口阀门、排气阀使水充满泵腔，然后关闭排气阀;点动电机，确定转向是否正确。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">B. 运行：全开进口阀，关闭出口管路阀门;接通电源，当泵转速达到正常后，再打开出口管道阀门，并调节到所需的工况点;观察泵运行后的有无异常情况，如有异常情况应立即停车检查，处理后再运行。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">C. 停车：逐渐关闭出口阀门后，切断电源;关闭时进口阀;如环境温度低于0℃，应采取保暖措施。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">D. 注意事项：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">水泵试运转前，应检查下列项目：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(a) 加油盘车：检查泵上油杯和往孔内注油，盘动联轴器，盘车应灵活、无异常现象；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(b) 地脚螺栓应无松动；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(c) 各润滑部位已加注润滑油，需要冷却的部位已加注冷却油；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(d) 各指示仪表、安全保护装置及电控装置均应灵敏、准确、可靠；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(e) 电机的转向应与泵的转向相符:未通电前，拆下联接盘（靠背轮）联接螺丝，通电后检查电机转动方向，转动正确后，再行联接，避免反转；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(f) 离心水泵必须先灌满水才能开动，不应空转。水泵中心如比吸水面低时，不须灌水，只须将泵内空气放净即可。如果水泵中心比吸水面高，应先打开吸入管路阀门和放风嘴，关闭排出管路阀门，待放风水嘴有水涌出，转速正常后，再打开出口管路的阀门，并将泵调节到设计工况。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(g) 水泵在闭闸情况下启动，运行时间一般不应超过2-3分钟，如时间太长，则泵内液体发热，能造成事故，应及时停车。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">b 水泵试运转时电动机温升、水泵运转、压力表及真空表的指针数值、接口严密程度等应符合标准规范要求，具体要求如下：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(a) 运转中不应有异常振动和声响，各静密封处不得泄漏，紧固连接部位不应松动；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(b) 轴承温升必须符合设备说明书的规定。滑动轴承的最高温度不得超过70℃，滚动轴承的最高温度不得超过75℃；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(c) 水泵的安全保护和电控装置及各部分仪表均灵敏、准确、可靠；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(d) 水泵在设计负荷下连续试运转时间不应少于2h；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(e) 轴封填料的温升应正常，在无特殊要求的情况下，普通填料漏量不得大于35-60ml/h，机械密封的泄漏量不得大于10ml/h；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(f) 电动机的电流和功率不应超过额定值。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">c 水泵停止运转后应应符合下列要求：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(a) 先缓缓关闭泵出口处的阀门，待泵冷却后再依次关闭附属系统的阀门，然后切断电源停泵；</p>
