    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">家住16号楼的住户张女士介绍道， <span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">未加水压泵前家人晚上洗澡都得“错峰”进行，</strong></span>尤其在用水高峰时段由于水压不足，燃气热水器都没办法打火，根本启动不了， <span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">“当时特别不痛快，毕竟洗澡做饭都是问题，赶上白天在家的时候都得提前打几桶水，很麻烦。”</strong></span></p>
