    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">于是在1988年，我海军东海舰队和南海舰队联合行动，出动了包括929号两栖登陆舰、南浚613，609号工作船以及交通部的“大力”号浮吊船、重任1号半潜驳船等在内的十余艘大小船只抵达了永署礁，并开启了联合国要求的海洋科考站的建设工作。永署礁孤悬海外<strong style="color: blue;">，并且礁上常年面临着高湿、高热、高盐的恶劣环境，施工难度之大可想而知</strong>！比如永署礁经过多年的发育，其礁盘非常坚硬，整个礁盘上居然连一块足够科考站选址的平地都找不到！在这种情况下，我方只能通过在礁盘上放置炸药的方式将其炸平。仅仅是平出一块足够的平地，我方相关人员就足足奋斗了9天之久！</p>
